Rabby bridge found no quote? Check the exact error, token pair, chain and transaction state before trying another route.

Decision flow distinguishing Rabby's No Quote Found route or liquidity message from No Quotes Available for this Chain Yet.
Original decision flow based on Rabby's help article. A quote from another route is a new transaction decision, not a repair of the original request. Official reference ↗

A Rabby user described a bridge that sometimes showed a quote, then said it could not find one. They wanted to move an asset to another network and wondered whether they needed a different wallet. The useful first distinction is this: a missing quote is a route-finding problem, not evidence that Rabby has already moved your tokens. Before signing anything else, check whether you ever submitted a bridge transaction. If you did, investigate that transaction separately; this guide is about the quote screen before submission.

Here is an illustrative troubleshooting path, not a transfer HideFi performed. I would keep the asset and destination fixed at first, record the exact error, and work out whether Rabby lacks a route for this pair or does not quote that chain at all. Rabby's current help article separates those two cases.

Did Rabby say ‘No Quote Found’ or ‘No Quotes Available for this Chain Yet’?

The wording changes the diagnosis. Rabby says No Quote Found Error means its aggregators could not find a viable trading route or enough liquidity between the selected tokens. That does not prove the token has no market anywhere. It means no usable quote was returned for this request through Rabby's current providers.

No Quotes Available for this Chain Yet is different. Rabby says the chain itself is not yet supported by its aggregator. Repeating the same request in Rabby is unlikely to create a quote for that chain. The result is a product coverage limit, not evidence that your wallet balance vanished.

If the screen shows neither message, note the exact text before applying either explanation. A loading spinner or a rejected transaction may need different checks; do not label every bridge failure a liquidity problem.

What should I check before changing the route?

Write down the source network, source token, destination network, destination token, and amount shown in the bridge form. Similar token symbols can represent different contracts or networks. Confirm the asset you selected is the one you actually hold. Then request a fresh quote for the same pair. If Rabby briefly displays a quote and then withdraws it, treat the current quote as unavailable; do not rely on an earlier number to predict what a later transaction will receive.

A smaller request can sometimes reveal whether the amount is the obstacle, but it is only a diagnostic quote, not proof of a safe or economical trade. Compare the amount received, fees, and any price impact shown before signing. If no quote appears even for a modest amount, Rabby's own explanation still leaves several possibilities, including route and liquidity limits. A wallet cannot create market liquidity by changing a setting. Our guide to a missing swap route in Phantom explains the separate question of whether an exact token has an active trading pool; it does not establish a Rabby bridge route.

Is another bridge or destination a solution?

Rabby's help page says a trusted third-party app may have a usable rate when Rabby does not, or may support a chain Rabby's aggregator does not. That is a new transaction path, not a fix to the original Rabby quote. Check the app from its official source, verify that it supports your exact token and both networks, and inspect the proposed destination, received asset, fees and contract approval before signing. Never follow an unsolicited ‘support’ link or share a recovery phrase.

The user above later reported that choosing a different destination asset made a route available. That is useful evidence that route choice matters, but it did not make the original pair work. A multi-step route can add fees and risks, so do not substitute a different asset just because it produces a quote. If no trustworthy route gives terms you understand, stop and wait or contact Rabby through its official help center. Your result should be clear: no transaction was submitted, a different quote is available on acceptable terms, or the intended route remains unavailable.
