How guides are researched

Each guide starts with a specific user-visible symptom. We separate observable states, such as an explorer result and a wallet display, then link to the product's official documentation for current actions and policies. Original diagrams summarize decisions; they do not replace the written steps. Every guide shows a reviewed date and its official sources so you can check the guidance yourself.

Product interfaces and recovery rules change. We update a reviewed date only when the relevant instructions are checked again. If an official source differs from a HideFi guide, follow the current official source.

Our role and limits

HideFi is an independent information site, not a wallet, exchange, recovery service, or official support channel. We cannot access your account, reverse a completed transaction, or guarantee recovery. We do not ask you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, send funds, or reveal a recovery phrase or private key.

Privacy

This version has no account, analytics script, advertising script, form submission, or third-party font. The guide search runs in your browser. The web host may keep ordinary server logs.

Use official channels

For account-specific help, open the product's official website or app yourself. Verify the full domain before signing in or sharing a public transaction hash. Guidance here is educational and may not cover every wallet version, network, or platform policy.
